Munetios Policies
Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using Munetios accounts, apps, subscriptions, and services.

Eligibility and children
You must be at least 13 to create an individual Munetios account. A person under 13 may not use individual signup and must have a parent or guardian use an available parent-managed signup process. Additional minimum ages or parental-consent rules may apply by country.
Munetios Beta country availability
Supported during Beta: United States, Brazil, European Union member countries, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, India, Argentina, and Nigeria. Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and other countries are not available yet.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity through your account unless prohibited by law. Munetios may require contact verification and abuse-prevention checks.
Acceptable use
Use Munetios lawfully and respectfully. Do not attack systems, bypass security or rate limits, distribute malware, abuse other people, impersonate others, infringe rights, automate abusive account creation, or use the service for illegal activity.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed through the payment provider shown at checkout. Prices, billing interval, taxes, and renewal details are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Refund rights required by applicable law are not limited by these terms.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how Munetios handles limited personal data and essential preferences. Those policies are part of these terms.
Your content
You retain rights in content you create. You grant Munetios only the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and back up that content to provide requested services. Do not upload content you lack the right to use.
Munetios software and intellectual property
Munetios and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, interface, documentation, and related materials. These terms grant a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service as intended while your account is active. They do not transfer ownership or permit copying, reselling, reverse engineering where prohibited, or removal of ownership notices. Feedback may be used to improve Munetios without identifying you publicly.
AI features
AI features can produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected output. Review important results before relying on them and do not use an output as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, employment, housing, credit, or similarly significant decisions. You are responsible for prompts, instructions, and decisions made from output. Munetios may apply safety limits and suspend abusive automated use.
Third-party services
Some requested features connect to third parties such as Stripe, PayPal, Cash App, communication providers, or linked productivity services. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use their services. Munetios limits information shared to what is needed for the connection but does not control an independent provider's systems. A third-party outage may temporarily limit the connected feature.
Service and software updates
Munetios may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve security, comply with law, address abuse, or develop the service. Reasonable notice will be provided for a material change that significantly reduces a paid core feature when practical. Security updates may be applied immediately. Continued use after an effective terms update means acceptance where permitted by law; otherwise you may stop using the service.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Munetios and request account deletion. Munetios may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security threats, unlawful activity, or nonpayment, subject to applicable law and reasonable notice where appropriate.
Service availability and responsibility
Munetios is provided with reasonable care, but availability and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties and liability are limited. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Applicable law and disputes
Applicable consumer protection, privacy, and mandatory local laws continue to apply. Before starting a formal dispute, you and Munetios should try in good faith to resolve the concern through support, unless immediate action is legally permitted or necessary. Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived. The governing law and forum will be determined by applicable law and the contracting Munetios entity.
Changes
We may update these terms or policies when services, security practices, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be presented through Munetios or another appropriate notice.
