Privacy Policy
Munetios is privacy focused. This policy explains the limited information collected, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Limited data we collect
Munetios collects only data needed to provide and secure the service: account identifiers and contact details, an age eligibility result and birthday for the account record, encrypted password credentials, security and abuse-prevention events, service content you choose to create, support requests, and payment status or provider references. Munetios does not receive full card numbers from Stripe Checkout.
How data is used
Data is used to create and authenticate accounts, deliver selected apps and storage, personalize language and appearance, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support, and satisfy legal requirements. Munetios does not repurpose data for unrelated advertising.
No sale of personal data
Munetios does not sell personal information, serve behaviorally targeted advertising, or build cross-service advertising profiles. Data is not disclosed except to operate requested features, protect users and the service, comply with law, or complete a transaction.
Service providers and payments
Service providers receive only data needed for their role. Stripe processes card checkout and payment information under its own privacy and security terms. Email, phone verification, infrastructure, and support providers may process limited data under contractual and security controls.
Legal bases for processing
Depending on location and context, Munetios relies on performance of a contract to provide requested account and workspace features, legitimate interests to secure and improve the service, compliance with legal obligations for required records, and consent for optional processing. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing where consent is the basis. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed lawfully. Munetios does not use consent as a condition for unrelated features.
Cookies and local preferences
Munetios uses an essential HttpOnly session cookie for secure sign-in and limited preference storage for language, appearance, accessibility, and demo choices. These values support features requested by the user. Munetios does not use cross-site advertising cookies. The Cookie Policy explains each category, retention purpose, and browser controls in more detail.
AI features and workspace content
When you choose an AI feature, Munetios processes the prompt, files, context, and settings needed to provide that request. AI content is not used to build advertising profiles. Access is limited to the service components and providers needed to operate the selected feature. Avoid submitting sensitive information that is not needed for the task. Outputs may be retained with your workspace history when you choose to save them, and you can delete saved content through available account controls.
Retention and deletion
Account information is kept while an account is active and for a limited period needed for security, disputes, legal obligations, or recovery. Expired CAPTCHA challenges and verification codes are deleted promptly. Data that is no longer required is deleted or de-identified.
Security
Munetios uses access controls, password hashing, secure session cookies, rate limiting, expiring security challenges, encrypted transport, and least-privilege practices. No service can promise absolute security, so suspected account misuse should be reported promptly.
International data transfers
Service providers may process data in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, Munetios uses recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards and limits transferred data to what the provider needs. Security, access control, and deletion requirements continue to apply after a transfer. You may contact Munetios for information about safeguards relevant to your account.
GDPR rights and principles
Where the GDPR applies, Munetios processes data to provide the service, meet legal obligations, protect legitimate security interests, and obtain consent where required. Data is limited to stated purposes. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing, and may complain to an applicable supervisory authority.
California privacy rights
California residents may request access, deletion, or correction of personal information and may limit sensitive-data use. Munetios does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, honors applicable opt-out preference signals, and does not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.
India data protection
For people in India, Munetios provides clear notice and processes personal data for stated lawful purposes. People may request access, correction, erasure, or grievance review. Accounts for children under 18 require verifiable parent or guardian consent and are not used for tracking, behavioral monitoring, or targeted advertising.
Children and COPPA
Munetios does not permit a child under 13 to create an individual account. If an age screen indicates the person is under 13, personal signup is stopped and a parent or guardian is asked to use the parent-managed process. Munetios does not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 without the notice and verifiable parental consent required by COPPA.
Parent and guardian controls
A parent or guardian using a future parent-managed child account flow will receive notice before covered child information is collected and will be asked for verifiable parental consent where COPPA requires it. A verified parent may request access, correction, deletion, or an end to further collection of the child's information. Individual signup stops when the entered birthday shows an age under 13. Munetios does not use the age response for advertising.
Your choices
You can review or update account details, request a copy, request deletion, withdraw optional consent, and manage cookies or preferences. Some records may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, transaction records, legal claims, or other legal obligations.
